General Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. These Terms & Conditions form an integral part of this agreement. Any deviations must be agreed in writing.
  2. In order to be legal and admissible, any complaints about our performance and invoices must reach us by registered mail and in full detail within eight days from the date of the invoice.
  3. Cancellation of orders may be accepted only after consultation by telephone. Increased or reduced prices are not a valid reason for cancellation.
  4. Unless explicitly noted otherwise during the ordering process, all orders are payable by bank transfer. Cash payments up to EUR 3,000 can be made at one of the offices of our company if requested in advance during the ordering process.
  5. A payment reminder will be transmitted three days after the expiry date at a fixed cost of EUR 12 excluding VAT which will be added to the original invoice amount.
  6. In case of late payment, invoices will legally and without prior notice of default be increased by default interest at 10% per year, to be calculated as from the date of the invoice. In addition, in accordance with the law and without prior notice of default a fixed compensation shall be owed of 20% of the invoiced amount with a minimum of EUR 250. Any debt collection costs shall be payable by the customer.
  7. In the event of late payment of an invoice, all other receivables that are not yet due will by force of law and without prior notice of default, become due and payable immediately.
  8. We reserve the right to consider the agreement to be legally dissolved and without prior notice of default in case of the customer's bankruptcy, manifest inability to pay or whatever change in their legal status.
  9. In the event of disputes the courts in the judicial district of the registered office of The Coinhouse shall have sole jurisdiction.
